What forms of payment do you accept?
Presents & More accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit cards as payment via Paypal.com. For your online shopping security, Paypal is the acceptable way to pay for items online.
How do I ship an item to an alternate address?
Once you have finished shopping and checkout via Paypal.com, your address will appear as the address to ship to, just change it to the address you wish to send your order to.
How can I track my order?
Just log into your email account with 48 hours for most orders. There you will receive an email from us with your tracking information, letting you know that your order is on its way.
How do I return an item?
First, please check to make sure item is unopened and unused. Next, use the "Contact Us" tab to request a return authorization instructions. Finally, item should be sent back within 2 weeks. Customer pays for return shipping fees. Once item is received back in satisfactory resell condition we will refund you via Paypal.com less the return shipping fees.
